At this point, my car only has a K&N Filter and a relatively useless 73mm Vortech MAF. For this dyno test, the car was running so poorly with the 73mm MAF that I had it tested with the K&N filter and the stock MAF. Below is a summary of the results, which link to more detailed pages.
